The real degree, not a mock-up
All forty subjects, with their units, competencies and weighted evaluations, come straight from the program document. Gaps in the source were flagged for the program's owners, not quietly patched.

Mexican hospitality needs trained, certified people, and a university degree in it has traditionally meant a campus, a schedule and a city. TSU Hotelería is a two-year university program in hotel and hospitality services: six semesters, forty subjects, two industry internships and a final capstone before a committee.
The strategy was to take the whole degree online, from enrollment to certification, so it can be studied from any state in the country, and to prove it with a working platform rather than a proposal. Students see their progress toward the title from day one, move through the program as its real rules allow, and study each subject through video and downloadable course materials.
All forty subjects, with their units, competencies and weighted evaluations, come straight from the program document. Gaps in the source were flagged for the program's owners, not quietly patched.
The catalog opens on where a student stands: subjects passed, credits earned, and a certificate that fills in as they go. Progress toward the title is the first thing they see.
Prerequisites, from a single course to a whole semester or an internship, are checked automatically. Later subjects unlock when a student is actually eligible, without anyone checking by hand.
