Manifold

Eight years building Manifold's product and design practice from a handful of designers into an enterprise-grade capability — Design Director to VP of Design to VP of Product. My job sat upstream of the big engagements: clarifying direction, framing problems, and de-risking decisions before large teams and capital were committed. I led multi-year work for Lifepoint / Kindred Healthcare, KPMG, the Chicago Bulls, and US Cellular, and along the way founded Hyprgrph, the firm's venture studio — two companies launched, one exit.
