I started as a strategic advisor through a product and GTM pivot, then stayed on as fractional Design Director and operator when the company recapitalized for a turnaround. We realigned leadership around a new product thesis, rebuilt the roadmap, and used AI-assisted prototyping to compress learning cycles — testing with real institutions instead of guessing. The new direction: academic integrity, traceable research, and responsible generative AI in the classroom.
