Chicago Bulls

A ground-up reimagining of the Bulls' digital fan experience. We interviewed more than a hundred people — ownership, operations, marketing, revenue, and fans around the world — to define the vision for a new bulls.com, then extended it into VIP and Premium portals for season ticket holders and a reimagined Bulls Kid Nation. One coherent ecosystem across core, premium, and youth fans — and engagement moved across the board.
