Lori by HYLA

Hyla Mobile had proprietary damage-recognition tech; Lori was the venture we built to commercialize it. I led the 0→1 — product strategy, business model, and the end-to-end experience for a mobile-first D2C product that let people self-diagnose screen and internal damage, plus a B2B offering for corporate IT wired into insurance and trade-in backends. New revenue for Hyla, and part of the story that led to its acquisition by Assurant.
